GBEGIRI (BEANS SOUP) INGREDIENT : ,1 Milk cup of brown beans ,Palm oil ,Locust beans (Iru) ,blended pepper ,meat stock (Omi eran) ,Grinded crayfish ,Seasoning cubes ,Salt STEP 1 : You peeled the beans to remove the shaft. STEP 2 : Pour the beans into a pot of water and boil for about 1 hour (Till the beans become very soft). STEP 3 : Pour the beans into a blender and blend it to make it smooth. You can still pour the beans through a sieve.(One used for ogi) to remove the reaming shaft so as to make the beans completely smooth, then set it aside. STEP 4 :Heat up the palm oil in a different pot for about 30 seconds. Pour the blended pepper. Stir fry it. Add your seasoning cubes, salt, crayfish and continue to stir for like 3 minutes. Then you can add your beans STEP 5 : Add the meat stock(Omi eran), continue to stir it.. Add a little water if the soup is too thick. Cover it and leave it for about 5 minutes.
